Every couple will be at a different stage in the planning process when they are looking for some help from a wedding planner. We understand that not every couple has the same needs, and also more importantly, couples want to get a rough idea on price or what a ‘bespoke’ service actually includes, before they even consider committing to a free consultation or briefing their needs to a wedding planner.

F&F offer services at the pre planning, mid planning & finishing touches stages of planning the most special day of your lives.

At F&F, we don't like to keep our services under wraps in a vague ‘bespoke’ price…we like to be up front with you from day one.
So we have come up with a simple mix & match matrix, as a guide of what services are included, to help you find the perfect package to suit your needs. These services are available as all inclusive packages, or optional extras/individual services.

An average wedding can take up to 250 hours to plan and organise…that’s the equivalent to 6 weeks full time work! Some couples simply haven’t got the time or patience to plan around a full time job or they know they aren’t the type of couple who enjoy the planning minutia & decision making, and just want a professional to sort things for them.
At F&F we understand every wedding and couple are unique, but we also understand that some couples may want a basic package that they can build on or adapt certain elements to suit their needs better. These packages act merely as a guide for what you get for you money…most importantly up front before any consultations with a wedding planner.

Some couples already know they don’t need full assistance, so for all stages of the planning process, F&F offer some aspects as stand alone services. It is worth noting that not all services available on all inclusive packages are available as an optional extra, but on the flipside, some of our smaller scale all inclusive packages do work out cheaper, so please don’t dismiss immediately…look at the costs & see what you think.

If you haven’t a clue where to start or you need assistance with getting the ball rolling, F&F are here to help! Whether it is searching for the perfect venue to finding the best photographer or florist within your budget, we cover it all!

You can choose from our ‘Optional Extras’ pre planning services or we do have some ‘All Inclusive Packages’, where we do all the initial planning & you receive a discount for taking the package versus all the individual services prices.

There are various stages to the mid-planning of a wedding…. From invitations, to hair & make up, to pulling together all the last minute details! F&F provide a helping hand at any step of the way.

The final weeks leading up to a wedding can be the most stressful and some brides may have a full time job or are not living in the area where they are getting married, and therefore do not have the luxury of time in leisurely pulling together all the detail that goes into the mid-stage planning of your dream wedding. Let F&F take on the stress & strain of co-ordinating or helping in a smaller scale way & take some of the stress away from you, or give you fresh, innovative ideas if you’ve hit the bridal brick wall.

You may have planned everything you need for the big day (or think you have anyway!) but there may be some last minute details to sort that you either haven’t got time for or you cant be bothered with after arranging everything else! This may be sourcing the wedding party gifts; a surprise bridal party pamper session, even to helping with last minute chores at the bridal prep house ready for life long photos! Either way, F&F are here to help with any last minute stress or pulling together so you can simply enjoy the build up.
