Pre Planning Services

If you haven’t a clue where to start, or you need help getting started, whether that is searching for the perfect venue, to finding the best photographer or florist within your budget, F&F are here to help!

You can choose from our ‘Optional Extras’ pre planning services or we do have a ‘Silver All Inclusive Package’, where we do all the initial planning & you receive a discount for taking the package versus all the individual services prices.

Supplier Sourcing
Through our partnership database, not only can we recommend an experienced supplier, we will instantly know a supplier to suit you. Our suppliers are tiered in an appropriate pricing structure, & so we will instantly know the right person for the job based on your budget.
We can check their availability & do the entire liaison for you. Plus, because they are preferred suppliers, we get fantastic rates & 1st refusal on dates from them, which of course we pass directly onto all couples, which far outweigh any fee we charge for searching!
We will come & see you for a free consultation to find out your exact needs. We charge £50 per supplier category sourced, and will suggest 3 options per category you require. So whether it is a hand made stationery supplier you require, an ice sculptor or fireworks display supplier…we will know the perfect choice for you! Please call or e-mail for further info.

Perhaps THE most important element of any wedding, this is the part you must get right. You might have an idea of what you need or, you might require inspiration. F&F can accommodate & help you find the perfect place! We look at 3 venues to suit your budget & we can either produce a video report for you on each venue if you cannot spare the time, or come with you to pre-scheduled visits at each venue to guide you on the features & benefits of each. Prices start from £150 for 3 venues, including visits, reports and full venue costing…any further venue related help is done on a ‘Price on Proposal’ basis, please call or e-mail for further info.

Budget Planning
If you have an idea of what you have to spend (money in the pot), yet haven’t got a clue what you need to spend on which aspect to achieve your perfect day, then this service can be invaluable to you. We will take the rough figure you have & help you to budget accordingly. For example, if you have £5000 to spend, we’ll guide you on what should be spent on food, flowers, the dress etc…..and give you the best possible platform to plan the rest of your special day. We know all the tricks to make the best of every aspect to create your perfect day. A beautiful wedding can be achieved with any budget! If you’re a couple who just need help with making decisions, or to check you’re doing the right thing with a supplier, then we do offer a phone & e-mail support service. This will include unlimited correspondence on any small or large scale issues, and will act as a professional advice service to you. We charge a monthly fee, and discounts are available if you take up a 6 month block, or you can do on a month by month basis, as & when you need.
